New Year's Eve in Strodehne

We were invited by Dörthe and Nicolas to celebrate with their family in their house in Strodehne. It's a quiet place in a quiet village in the Havelland area west of Berlin. The Havelland ia a calming mix of meadows, lakes and small rivers with villages and small towns.

We spent a few very nice days there, even though Michelle fell sick and had to stay in bed for a day: if I had to choose a place to be sick, I'd probably choose Strodehne too, and have caring friends around.

Thanks for inviting us, Dörthe and Nicolas, we loved it!

Technicalities: Like with the Christmas pictures, the Sony RX100 proved up to the task of producing acceptable and pleasant pictures indoors with pretty little available light. Big images are, as always, here.
